Snakes and Ladders is an ancient board game regarded today as a worldwide classic. A number of 'ladders' and 'snakes' are pictured on the board, each connecting two specific board squares. The object of the game is to navigate one's game piece, according to die rolls, from the start (bottom square) to the finish (top square), helped or hindered by ladders and snakes respectively.
Once the player is bitten by a snake a question will be generated on the screen where the user has to answer in order to escape the snake trap
If the user answers the question correctly, the user will be free from the snake trap and will be awarded plus one whereas if the question was incorrectly answered then the player will be set back number of tiles down
